03.12.2005: bmibaby (WW/Nottingham) will launch new daily services from Cardiff to Amsterdam and from Manchester to Newquay and Perpignan as well as four weekly flights between Durham Tees Valley and Knock on March 26 using B737-300s. bmibaby will also take over the Nottingham-Paris CDG from parent bmi british midland (BD/Nottingham) again. bmibaby and Air Wales (6G/Cardiff) will only continue to cooperate on the Cardiff-Paris CDG with bmibaby resuming own services from Cardiff to Belfast Intl and Glasgow Intl and Air Wales taking over full commercial responsability for the Cardiff-Cork and Cardiff-Jersey routes.
10.11.2005: bmibaby (WW/Nottingham) is planning to add a new route from Durham Tees Valley to Knock in spring 2006. It will add three more ex-easyJet (U2/London Luton) B737-300s.

It will also launch daily flights from Birmingham to Cork on March 27 and from Birmingham to Bordeaux and Nice on June 10 as well as a new weekly service from Birmingham to Murcia on June 12. bmibaby will replace its two routes from Durham Tees Valley to Nice and Prague with a new four times weekly flight to Paris CDG and a three times weekly service to Cork by the end of March. In other news, bmibaby will however give up a number of routes from its East Midlands base where it will drop its routes to Bordeaux, Dublin, Ibiza, Nice and Toulouse. | |
